MIAMI, Aug. 17 (AP) Larry Csonka, a rookie fullback from Syracuse, bulled over for two scores and two sophomores, Bob Greise and Jack Clancy, teamed for another touchdown tonight as the Miami Dolphins whipped the Philadelphia Eagles 23-7 in an interleague exhibition

Miami's American Football League Dolphins drew first blood in the second quarter when Csonka plowed over from the 1 with 12:36 remaining to cap a 56-yard drive that took 11 plays. Csonka's extra point rush failed.

Under game rules teams were limited to rushing or passing for conversion points. The Eagles went into the dressing room with a 7-6 halftime lead after quarterback John Huarte, filling in for injured Norm Snead, hit Pete Emelianchik, an end, with a 6-yard scoring pass just two minutes before the gun. Tom Woodeshick rammed over for the extra point to put Philadelphia ahead.

The Dolphins surged back into the lead midway in the third quarter when Booth Lusteg booted a 10-yard field goal after Miami failed to score three times from the 1. That drive started with an interception by the Dolphins' Jimmy Warren and the passing of Griese to Clancy carried the ball close to the goal line.

The Dolphins dominated the final period as Griese and Clancy teamed for one touchdown and Csonka slammed over from the 2 for his second score.

In the 67-yard drive that put the Dolphins out of reach early in the fourth quarter, Griese hit Clancy, who set the A.F.L. rookie record of 67 receptions last year, four times. The last was a 6-yardcr to Clancy in the end zone.

The victory was the first for the Dolphins, who last week tied the Buffalo Bills at 28-all. Philadelphia, a 20-3 loser to Detroit, has not won in exhibition play.
