Banks is a coach killer. He can tease you with his talent but has yet to be consistent enough to win in the NFL. In the past few seasons, he wore out his welcome in St. Louis, Baltimore and Dallas. He seems to be playing better as the season progresses as do the rest of the Redskins. If he ever put it all together, he has the tools to be a strong starter in this league, but time is running out.
