In 1999, Plummer looked like the next great young quarterback when he led the Cardinals to the playoffs. Since then, he has made too many mistakes and been too inconsistent. While he has led his teams to some dramatic 4th quarter comebacks, Plummer is too erratic and does not read defenses well enough to join the game’s elite.
