Tom Sherman

Tom Sherman had played in the in AFL for the Boston Patriots  and Buffalo Bills for two years. The former Penn State star was a very successful minor league quarterback with the Hartford Knights of the Atlantic Coast Football League for four years. Directing the attack from the start of camp for the Stars, he finished fifth in the league in passing yards for the 1974 WFL season.
